Constructed in phases by interchanging three alternative building model designs, this 220-unit apartment complex has proven to be a catalyst for development in a growing commercialized area of Plover, Wisconsin. Working closely with the project’s locally based civil engineers, the building area of a 40-acre site was maximized to increase the density of units and yield a dependable return on investment. For added comfort and value to these luxury apartments, an innovative floor construction system was utilized to supply in-floor radiant heat and drastically reduce sound transmission between units for better privacy.
