PACIUGO ITALIAN GELATO & CAFFE

Founded by owners from Turin, Italy, the Paciugo franchise has grown from a small gelato store in Texas to over 40 locations worldwide. The Wisconsin franchise owner came to Shulfer Architects with an opportunity to develop a number of stores in cities across the Midwest. Following established franchise standards, Shulfer Architects worked with the owner during the planning process to maintain a similar atmosphere at each new store while incorporating unique design elements to suit the selected location and best enhance the Gelato dining experience. Each design features clean modern lines in the casework and the signature contrasting icy blue and dark wood finishes, while eye-catching lighting elements and playful cloud ceilings add variety to the larger stores.
