Science & Technology
Steve Shulfer has years of experience in the design and construction of science-based facilities. Project experience ranges from academic research institutions to pharmaceutical laboratories. Of particular note is the expertise and national recognition gained in the planning and design of laboratories, vivariums, and biosafety levels two and three (BSL-2, BSL-3) facilities. Project experience has ranged from 2,000 square foot laboratory renovations to 100,000+ square foot facility master planning, design and construction.

Office environments can serve a multitude of needs, not the least of which is recruiting and retention of quality employees. Our team can successfully design a space that responds to the culture of the occupant, while maintaining flexibility for future changes.

Be it owner-occupied or leasable space, retail planning requires the architect be aware of several factors including but not limited to: customer trends, financial (square foot) outlooks, and site flow. We have an acute understanding of the needs of retail developments and can apply this knowledge to successful site and building planning.
