Owner Steve Shulfer's wide range of experience includes over 100 projects for clients in the following markets: corporate office, research and development, academic, faith based, industrial, and residential. His array of experiences, understanding of these industries, knowledge of construction methods, and his management skills make him an excellent team leader. In addition to his design, detailing, and team coordination abilities, especially valuable are the skills he has developed in planning and programming facilities for not only large corporate clients, but land developers and the small business owner.

Firm Ownership
In the spirit of entrepreneurialism, Steve Shulfer founded Shulfer Architects, LLC in 2004 to provide clients with the best care and quality product. His previous experience as an Associate at a large Madison, Wisconsin-based firm offers the insight and knowledge of a large service organization with the personal attention of a small business owner. As a Project Manager and Project Architect, he has the valued experience of coordinating large teams of designers and engineers, while working with clients to develop innovative solutions with impeccable client service.
