Respecting the neighborhood’s desire for permanence, the durable brick exterior with modern exposed steel accents highlights the contemporary retail and office space while evoking details reminiscent of train stations with a present-day flair. Through merging conventional and contemporary materials, the exterior façade sets a standard for future development in the area for responding to the surrounding traditional context with modern design appeal.
